The Two Main Things Which Has To Be Counted

As we can see, East Java is a name of province which has many tourism destinations that could be a pride for society. Many of them become popular spot for tourists to spend their holiday. In another hand, many of them still becoming “Hidden Paradise”. The citizens also being friendly and welcoming to all travelers who visit East Java, they get many advantages in terms of economy development by selling souvenirs, renting tourism facility and so on. Because of these great potentials, many of them are well-known as the spectacular tourism destinations so that the tourism sector becomes the 3^rd biggest income for East Java. But if we can see the value of travelers themselves is still in the lack condition compare with other province in Java, even though government has provided several of proper policy just like providing hotel and resort area for the traveler’s comfortableness, place conservations against injury and also intensive treatment to the tourism place in order to keep it safely. Actually we have a power to increase more tourist number if we know what we’ve been missed. We still forgot what was actually the most important things to increase more number of tourists. Those are promotional system and infrastructure development.

            The first thing is Promotional System, how we could promote the tourism place well and clearly to the tourists worldwide. Within the globalization time which makes the information’s existence is getting necessary, many people are using tool to broadcast their public information to the world that we call it website. When someone, especially traveler wants to look at the information related to the places they need.  They also want to see the complete info so that their journey will be guaranteed and they will come there without doubt of being lost or something like that. The point is, a tourist definitely seeks for complete information before they come to destination they want. So as far as we’ve been looking, there is no certain website which provides most complete and comprehensive information, even the official site of the East Java’s Government of Tourism itself. A proper and meaningful tourism website must contains of knowledge of accommodations (the price of each hotel, each room type, complete address, how to get onto the hotel) and also Full Information about the destinations (History, rules/regulations, price of entrance, what we can do here, how to get in), embassy of each region (if available), and Emergency call. Until now, website which contains East Java’s destinations hasn’t provided it yet. Meanwhile we know that Website at the present is becoming a portal for tourist to come to East Java. Travelers who might have planned to go to Papuma beach, for example. They’ll rather to cancel it because no certain info that exist. So it is very crucial to be solved.

            Second, good tourism destination surely has developed infrastructures like public transportation which cheap, easy to find, fast, and the most important; it could connect all of entire tourism places in our territory. So the traveler is not necessary to transit with other form of transportation. In addition it will harm their budget and wasting their time to explore more places. Besides that, we have also duty to provide stronger security to those public transportations as well. 

            Basically, the function of tourism is for extending the society economical, giving foreign exchanges to the region involved, and promoting particular territory as the popular destinations worldwide. These are the great benefits for us if we can develop tourism well. So with the complete info and developed infrastructure, undoubtedly the traveler will come without worry the lack of information. It will contribute more foreign exchange, promote East Java, and economical welfare can be perceived by entire citizens. That’s what we called as “Developing East Java’s Tourism”

Impact of The Expense for Education in Indonesia

Education is the crucial thing for a nation. This aimed for creating the next qualified generations, and educating the next generations as well. But in fact, the education quality in Indonesia is so pathetic, based on survey in year 2005, Indonesian human resources quality was on 110^th rank of 179 nations worldwide. The problem is : (1)Government’s inconsistency policy, (2)The huge debt of Indonesia, and (3)Corruption cases. These have triggered the expensive price of education. It makes the poor society unable to access it.

Let’s take a look to the goals of education that has been stated in our constitutions. “Intelectual life of the nation by education” but several pages have recorded the failures of education system, started from the curiculum till the expense of education. Schools and Universities are getting more and more expensive. For taking one child only in qualified elementary, parents have to pay a million rupiah’s for the fees. Perhaps it doesn’t matter for people who have enough money. But what if they dont have it ? there are cheaper schools, but the facilities and its method are over under standart, so they prefer to drop out from the school. This is horrible, as many as 15 million childrean ages 7-15 had withdrawed from school caused by the expense of education.

Government has ever donated 20% of National Budget to education sector. And said that it would help poor people. But because of Indonesian debt to the world getting increased, gradually this budget being cut and cut for paying the debt. It’s reached to the level of 8,5% only. Moreover, not all of these budgets arrived to the schools properly, some of it had been taken greedily by government’s subordinates. “Corruptions” that’s we call it. The money which supposed to be donated in education sector, but it is corrupted. This is a condition when position is more important than knowledges, when the status and money are more important than integrity. So the education has lost its glorious duty.

Those reason impacting the generations who are supposed to replace the old generations right now, they cannot feel the benefit of education. They can’t read, they can’t write. They dont even have a change to extend their ability. Does the government have enough generations so they discriminate any other? Education has failed to create unique and intellegent student. “Poor people are forbidden to go to school” perhaps it is the statement which government would like to declare. This is what we called “discriminations of education towards the poor”, that really make them suffer than before.

Basically, the education is the right for every single person, So its position should have more attention from government and sector involved. They have to attend and facilitate entire citizens in indonesia to keep uphold that right. Can we imagine? With the value of government’s exiting facility and resources compared by the total number of indonesian citizen. It’s not enough !. so we as the society have responsibility to take a part. Hand in hand to get involved and participated in education system. By reducing the price of educations, whatever it takes, providing cheaper educations or even free, giving more scholarships to those who are brilliant and diligent. Improving life quality for paying those debts , definetelly, law enforcement for curruptors . All of these steps will increase the quality of this education sector.

Finally, I deliver my speech to inform you, touch your heart. Look at the condition of our friends and family. As one nation, we have to help them, make them feel the atmosphere of school. Promises of our independence are educating and prospering, these promises must be paid off to all of entire children to get education ,because they are the next generation. On their hands, saved the goals of our country’s future. developing this sector would make a better system, better life of our young generations as well.

The Miracle Of Internet For Young Generations

 Indonesia - Placed to the top 4 of the world’s highest number of internet user after China, India, and Japan. The growth rate of internet users in Indonesia are dominated by people ages 15-30 years old. Based on the MarkPlus Insight internet investigators, as many as 50-80% of internet users are teenagers[1]. According to the country consultant for google.com, this positions and fact has shown that young societies have been ready to get involved and inspirate the other people through internet[2]. Because this network is a collaborative platform or a place which used for involve and inspirate the citizen worldwide.

The utilization of internet right now is getting wider. In the beginning of year 2000, internet was only used by bussinesmen, and industrial interests. But right now it has been reaching various level of the society , especially teenagers. A program called “Internet for schools and universities” has been declared to give and share the benefit of internet. Moreover, it makes the world like out of boundaries. Without going anywhere, someone can even explore earth. Meet and chat with people in the world, read many books, and earn the new useful information for project interests from this network.

There are some proofs related to this case, we know google.com is a form of search engine provider to explore any kind of websites related to informations that we’re looking for. It’s been a portal to the wider side of world. And our tenageers often using this tools to discover new knowledges, read the news related to what’s going on in the earth right now, and also find the method and article for school/university interests. Because of this facility, many people can even create the production, article/books, entrepreneurships, marketing, or even local product like Kiat Esemka Car, that has been a national Pride of Indonesia, we can’t deny that most of all information related to the making prgress come from internet. They’ve been using it well and in the future we do believe that new idea will be definetelly created through this network.

Second, it is about the existence of social network like Facebook and Twitter. We cannot ignore that some of teens have complacented with these network. But in another side, our young generation uses this for establishing a community and online organization. Thus aimed for sharing knowledges related to their hobby, such as politic, music, languages, culture and so on. Because of this innovation, young people worldwide as if gathered in one place without knowing national borders and culture of each other. Undoubtedly. All of theese are the greatest step for youngsters to face and compite with people worldwide.

Altough some of our teens have known what is internet, but in fact, the huge value of internet user in Indonesia (55 Bilion) is only representes 25% of the total number of citizens. This facilities still cannot reach entire region, somebody still “blind” related to the existence of internet. So it has been a duty from the government for equating the coverage of internet to entire region so that our next young generations can know the internet and be a part of developing the country’s quality, for a better future.
